When booking a rental vehicle online, always remember to 'make it match'!

When entering your details, make sure it matches the name on your licence. You are required to produce a valid licence during pick up, so to ensure there is no confusion or issues with confirming your identity for the booking, avoid using nicknames or short versions of your name, simply go with what is on your licence.

Don't forget to always book the vehicle in the name of the driver - the person that will be driving the rental car and the one that is covered by any of the included or purchased optional extra insurance plans.
